I havnt played in over 6 months so it is hard to remember what all this *&%^*&^ is...

super quick run to Del - t2a.
spawn is typical. Gators, skeletons, ogres and a few GS

the upstairs is mostly unsorted loot.
I know there is one bag with 125 items of all force weaps
there is another bag of power weaps (maybe 20-30 randoms) the picture with the tmaps...
1400 stones of scrolls (64 items) plus other random scrolls not sorted yet.
i farmed a lot of evil mages. and while the blue and nightmare cloth is banked, there is a ton of the pink/red hues in here.

stools up stairs will get you to the roof... if you find any value in that.

Im not claiming there are hidden gems in here.
TBH, If i looted a kat or hally i prob ID'd it right away..

I dont want to mislead anyone... bid based on the pictures of what you get.

Agreed final price (in deeds or other) will be transfered before I transfer ownership.

If someone really want this, feel free to PM a buyout.

What is a fair starting price? (not sure how the economy is)

One thing to add, there is a bag with ~50 wands that are all ID wands. thousands of charges for sure.
