Selling 4 houses on Horseshoe Island.....SOLD!

I am selling a brick and 3 smalls on Horseshoe Island.
These houses are grouped together, perfect for a guild or loot houses from MIBing!
I would like to sell these as a group but I will break them up if I have too.

Group bid:
S/B: 2 brick deeds + 3 small deeds +15K
B/O: 3 brick deeds + 6 small deeds

Individual bids:
Brick House
S/B: Brick deed x2 +1 small
B/O: Brick Deed x4

Each Small
S/B: Small Deed x2
B/O: Small Deed x3

An L-shape will fit where the brick is. I have tested this at length.
Brick was difficult to place so I won't post a pic with the L-shape in place

Group house bids will trump individual house bids.
I reserve the right to .....well you know the drill!
This auction will go until Monday Sept. 2 at 6pm server time (that's the time posted at the top of this page) or group B/O, which ever comes first.
In the event that a B/O is posted for an individual house I will wait for the auction to expire. Remember group house bids trump single house bids.
For bidding purposes, the smalls are numbered 1-3 from left to right.
Please specify your bids either being group or individual to avoid any misunderstanding. Thanks!
