Aeorox has agreed to purchase this home. He will be doing weekly payments of 43,800 each which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.

Aeorox also put down 192,400 which leaves a 369,600 Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! (Co-owner in the interim, home will be transferred after a zero balance is reached)
