Buying all magic armor Invul Fort Hard

I am primarly interested in dexxer pieces with plate gorget. But I will also take the other armor pieces with the following price list.

Invulnerability pieces (+20% price for each level of durability):

Chain tunic of invulnerability - paying 1500 gold per piece (+40% price for each level of durability for Invul chain tunic)
Chain leggings of invulnerability - paying 1500 gold per piece
Ringmail gloves of invulnerability - paying 2000 gold per piece
Ringmail sleeves of invulnerability - paying 2000 gold per piece
platemail gorget of invulnerability - paying 2000 gold per piece
Helmet or Norse helm or close helm of invulnerability - paying 1200 gold per piece

platemail tunic of invulnerability - paying 1200 gold per piece
platemail arms of invulnerability - paying 800 gold per piece
platemail gloves of invulnerability - paying 400 gold per piece
platemail legs of invulnerability - paying 200 gold per piece
platemail helm of invulnerability - paying 300 gold per piece
studded tunic of invulnerability - paying 500 gold per piece
studded legs of invulnerability - paying 500 gold per piece
studded sleeves of invulnerability - paying 500 gold per piece
studded gloves of invulnerability - paying 500 gold per piece
studded gorget of invulnerability - paying 1000 gold per piece

Helmet or norse helm or close helm of fortification - paying 500 gold per piece

platemail arms of fortification - paying 300 gold per piece
platemail legs of fortification - paying 100 gold per piece
platemail gloves of fortification - paying 200 gold per piece
platemail helm of fortification - paying 200 gold per piece
studded tunic of fortification - paying 300 gold per piece

Ringmail gloves of hardening - paying 300 gold per piece
Ringmail sleeves of hardening - paying 300 gold per piece
platemail gorget of hardening - paying 300 gold per piece
Helmet or norse helm or close helm of hardening - paying 100 gold per piece

ringmail tunic of hardening - paying 100 gold per piece
ringmail legs of hardening - paying 100 gold per piece
studded gorget of hardening - paying 300 gold per piece
all leather pieces of hardening - paying 50 gold per piece

For example, a substantial Fort chain tunic will go for $1000 + 80% = $1800.
Numbers do not have to be exact at all for the durability bonus pricing. It is perfectly alright to just use your memory and add a slight premium to the pricing
for all your items: just let me know the durability modifier for the more expensive items and post an approximate price.
I also accept used Invul items at 70% price, or used Fort dex items at 70% price (things u grapped from Pks, etc).
