Vesper vending house - 2x small deed, No auction!

This house was the former location of Yealena's Trading Post which later moved to the Yew bank. I subsequently had a vendor there which did quite well, until I closed shop and used the house exclusively as my Vesper outpost/tailor shop.

If you have an interest in tailoring, vending, pking or Vesper in general, this house is for you. It is 10 steps from guardzone, pleasantly close to the Vesper tailor and adventurer's shop, and approximately 10 seconds to the Vesper bank. Right outside a lovely town, and my home. I will miss this home, but hopefully won't be far away.

2x Deed takes this house right away.
