Well ill start off by saying it's not too far from Justice Shrine...
Also has low spawn area.
If you like fishing it's great for that also.
Last ill say the view and living out here is great with not very active neighbors. (Have not seen them yet.)

I have the right to not sell this if the price is too low or any of that other junk....
