I played her a lot 4-5 years ago when the shard was brand new. How are things now? Is the shard still active and diverse?

Howdy! Things are going great. I would say it's changed a little from when you played 5 years ago but it's still the same game! There are a few people that you would recognize but most of the old vets have left over the years. Glad to see you back on the server

If you decide to come back and play (which you should of course) do not make the mistake of selling anything you might have kept from when you left unless you research it's worth properly.

I probably threw away a few million gps when I returned from being uninformed about patch changes and how they affected the market.
