I have 650,000 gold. I'd like to buy a better house. I'll consider any size house, even a Small if it's 650k worth of badass. Is 650k an acceptable price for your house? Make a proposal.
Some general likes and dislikes:
1. I like mining. On the other hand, I already have a great mining house southeast of Destard.
2. PvP isn't my thing; I want to be well away from places Reds like to congregate.
3. I like my stuff. I probably don't want your stuff. Ask me anyway, but I probably don't want it.
4. I have a preference (but not a requirement) for a location I can get to without Recall.
