This would be an excellent location for a startup pirate PK guild or simply someone that wants to be alone! A single goat or sheep will spawn on occasion, but no monsters and this tower provides easy access to the coast for fishermen! I will let this run true auction style for a couple of days unless a BO offer is sufficient to terminate the auction early. Thanks for looking!!
