I need something slightly more than 1x deed for it though... I found it and placed it. It is a VERY nice location.

Give me a buyout and we can talk... otherwise i think i ought to sit on them longer. I was hoping for some sort of profit off of it. 1x is a waste of my time tbh... I just wanted to get the ball rolling on this, but most people do not bid on smalls.
