Hello everyone,
i need some information, (sorry for my bad english) , me and my friends are bored to play on us actual unofficial shard for few players and too much macroaway peoples, and too little pvps..
so i have few question:
- i see a lot of players logged in , like 300-600, how many of this player are active, how many in macroaway? is permitted 2 client eeach player? how many of this player that i see are effective in game?
- how many players like to play pvps?
- there is an italian guild?
- how long it takes to make a full template? and last but not for importance..there is some bonus for entire guild's transfer?:)

New players - guild from another shard
Re: New players - guild from another shard
The only advice I can give you is you are murdered by PINK BOOTS, you must pay the toll in the form of a 2000gp bounty. Welcome!

can you explain without acronyms?

There would be no bonus for you coming with your guild, at least from the administrators. Maybe players would help you out to get started since many players are trying really hard and want more pvpers to come. All in all, I'm too new to opine on the pvp situation, but I think it's decent.. definitely not 24/7 though. Peak time will be very early morning for you (4am - most players are in north america).
You are allowed 3 clients / 3 accounts per IP address (finding a way to get more than 3 will get you banned immediately if it's discovered). No 3rd party programs allowed except Razor. No unattended resource gathering, but macroing away from computer anything else (i.e. other than mining, lumberjacking, and fishing) is perfectly allowed.
Of the # of players online, you can probably divide by 2 to get the actual active player amount.
It will take you 3 days of macroing to get a workable warrior/dexxer template. It will take you a week + 70k gold to get a workable tank mage template; 150k to get 7x GM (resist is a bitch). Definitely start with 50 magery, all the others are super cheap & easy to get to 50.. second choice for 50 probably resist.

Re: New players - guild from another shard
so peak time, how many pvpers are online you think?
Re: New players - guild from another shard
If you log into IRC and type !status you will see how many clients are online and how many unique IP addresses are online. This should give you a good idea.
I don't think anyone can say "how many pvpers are online" but during peak hours, you should have no problem finding a fight. During off-peak hours, I hang out in dungeon spawn hot-spots waiting for PKs to show up, instead of trying to "find the PVPers" - this has proven to be a bit more useful if you aren't online from 7pm-11pm EST
