I am selling 4 smalls that are all together on Dagger Isle.
This would be a great location for a guild to start a small town.
I would prefer to sell as a package but will split them up if I have to.
S/B as a package is 5 small deeds
B/O as a package is 7 small deeds
If I sell them individually:
S/B 2x deed
B/O 3x deed
A package deal bid will trump an individual bid
I am willing to use a broker but the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the broker.
Any and all bids that are less than the S/B will be subjected to flaming and ridicule!
I reserve the right to end the auction at any time for any reason!
For bidding purposes if you just want one house they will be numbered. 1 and 2 are in the first pic and 3 and 4 are in the second pic.
Auction will end on Sunday May 5 at 6pm or buyout what ever comes first!

I went and scoped it out before doing the B/O.. don't think a tower would have placed (think that's why Demetrius put it up for sale the way he did.)

I looked for the owner of the 5th small for about 3 weeks and never found him. There was literally no traffic at that house.
The reason I sold it was I couldn't find the owner of the 5th house and I wanted to sell all four houses at once so I priced it cheaper to buy as a package to encourage the buyer to buy all at once rather than one at a time...which would have been harder to sell (marketing strategy)
If the owner of the 5th house moves it ahead 2 - 3 tiles a larger house will fit there. I hope that Prosonic can find the owner of the 5th house!
