How high does Detect Hidden need to be for lvl 5 Chests?

Also, if I am already lockpicking lvl 5 Chests with only lockpicking at 95.1 and Detect hidden at 100, is this affecting my lockpicking gain?

Nevermind I've read elsewhere that it Detect Hidden has to be 60. But my second question remains, does it affect the lockpicking gain?
