Especially for new accounts, lumberjacking and wool are the two fastest ways to get started on a server. Every time you shear a sheep, you get the materials for 120g worth of bandages (at 2gp/per). Yew also has 2 Bowyers to sell crafted bows to, which will net about 2,400g per trip on one 100-strength lumberjack.
