Prepatch Id'd magic wand w/ special modifiers!
You are bidding on 'a substantial, surpassingly accurate wand of clumsiness (24 charges) of clumsy (30 charges)'. This wand has the normal clumsy charges that you double click to activate like any other wand as well as clumsiness charges that are used up when using the wand as a macing melee weapon! Aside from a durability buff it has a +10% tactics modifier. This wand is prepatch id'd and would look great for any deco project! Auction ends when interest is clearly exhausted or a buyout is accepted. PM or IRC with any questions.
