I've only owned this home for 21 days, but it has been a great place. I am only selling it because a crazy opportunity presented itself and I was able to take advantage, with the help of some awesome friends. So now I'm poor and have way too much real estate for my newbie needs...
Anyways, this house is a short run to A LOT of places (see map below). You've got forest in your back yard, grass in the front. Spawn is not bad with random air eles and gargoyles. This is a great place for the newbie tamer because there are lots of critters in the forest and the Compassion shrine (Snakes, Spiders and Scorpions -- oh my!) is pretty close as well!
