Tower & 5 Smalls for sale (updated with buy out)

I am selling these as a package. All of the houses shown in the auto-map window are for sale. The houses are located west of Trinsic. The mining here is great and there are tons of trees for LJing.

The starting bid is set at 2x tower deed.
Buyout is 3x tower deed.

This will run until Saturday April 20th at 8pm eastern. With the proviso that the last bid has to stand for at least 1 hour to prevent sniping.

Private bids are welcome but the winner will have to acknowledge the transaction in this thread. If the buyer wishes they can arrange a broker to be OK'd by me. If no broker is used deeds will be transferred first.

The tower has a bar on the third floor and stadium seating on the roof. There isn't anything much anywhere else.

Word of advice: If your picture was better (even a pic of UOAM would do it justice), this could possible have much higher bids.

There is a UOAM open in the bottom right of the picture posted. Do you mean a larger scale UOAM picture?
