I'd like to point out that I'm not pulling my bid because of the house, or its location. I actually like the house.
As someone with plenty of experience in UOSA real estate, I can say that it's not a bad spot.
In my professional opinion, this location would be perfect for a newer player who wanted to live near Trin.
I put my stamp of approval on this house. It's worth the price.

Good Luck, I owned the spot north of you where those 2 houses are side by side and no one would touch it with a 10 foot pole. I think small home sales are dead, unless its NEXT to (not "near" ~10 screens like people advertise for "near") a moongate or a special spot like where the Lich Hut is..

I agree the market is pretty lame right now. It takes a while, but smalls will sell. For now maybe, although I've been able to flip a couple of smalls for 10-20k profit recently.
