I'm looking to buy a Keep or a Tower with no spawn (this is for a Public Rune Library) and will pay a max of a Castle and a L-Shape deed.

There is a keep North-East of Britain, but before you reach the swamps. It's house sign says for sale for like 1.25 million. I don't recall if it had contact info listed.
