Ditto, the little elfin bastard dispelled maybe 6 EV's before he finally got deadly poisoned. Otherwise it seemed every time I hit him with something, he got stronger.

Loot: 212 gold, 6 arrows, a red cap and a green kilt.

There were several in Windemere Woods along with hunters seeking them out... I got one and a pain in the arse to kill, had about 1k gold, a chocolate bunny and a tmap that turned out to be lvl5.
