Is There Any Way To Check Your Long Counts? Can You Join The Thieves Guild When Your Long Counts Expire? Also, When Do You Become Permared?

You can make your character public by typing "[publicchar" in game without quotes, and you can see how many long terms you have on the my.uosecondage.com website. It shows "kills" and "lifetime kills", the kills are your long terms.

I'm pretty sure it takes 5 red to blue swaps to become perma red, not 100% on that, though.

Ping ponging (going back and forth from blue to red) builds to your perma red counter.

When you turn red from blue it adds one to that counter and once it hits 5 the character will forever be red.

So If I Wait Off My Two Long Counts I Will Be Able To Join The Thieves Guild?

Yes once you have waited out the long terms you can join it

40 hours for longterm
