I've always wanted to have a small in the desert of compassion - how much do these typicall sell for on this server? I've just started saving for a small recently so wanted to know how far I have to go.

Smalls typically sell for price of the (deed + 5k) to the price of (2 deeds). Some rare smalls can go for a lot more (viewtopic.php?f=72&t=48080).
