Large deal, needed to be forumed.

I am trading the Majestic guild a keep on grass and an undisclosed amount of gold for a mini-city in the Lizardman swamp. The necessity for this to be forumed is that the transfer will take place over a period of time, given the multiple ownerships of the mini-city.
