Looking to sell this super secluded small near Yew. It is 1 tile west of the guard zone, and your nearest neighbor is miles away. Has water on 3 sides. Starting bid @ 2 smalls. ends 1 or 2 days after last bid, depending on how busy my schedule is.

Nearest neighbours are the houses around Yew bank. I had a house in this spot for a few months, never saw a soul.

I think I might be one of the closest neighbors. Also got a secluded small just south of Yew, one screen from guard zone
Don't really use it much but love the location! Secluded spots around yew are definitely a great area to own smalls in.
