New Player Looking For Small House

Hello, I'am fairly new to this shard and have finally with the help of my (NEW) guild members saved enough money to purchase a house. I have about 40-50k and dont really care where the house is located. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time!

There are still plenty of places for a small house (tons of room a few screens NE of Yew moongate). Get yourself a deed and place where you may.

If you truly dont care where, then it is easy to place for yourself.

Closer in places or by mountains can cost you anywhere from 5k over deed price to 2x deed price.

Good luck placing and check out the threads here for smalls if you narrow down where you want to live and can't find a spot. I know I have a couple for sale as well as others.

I have already told Tara about 2 smalls I am willing to "donate" to NEW for deed price - send me a PM or ask her about it. The 2 are side by side so if you want a head start get them both

Last time I checked there were plenty of places in Windmere Woods east of Vesper along the coast. I deeded two smalls and left the spots vacant less than a month ago.
