Still easy to make money selling stuff to NPC vendors?

I've been thinking about rebooting my crafter but i would like to be able to make money while doing it and was curious if you can still sell tailored items (fancy shirts, leather armor etc) back to the vendors for decent $ like you could before the patch that changed how much they respawn their stock?

This is still a very good and viable way to make a good few 1000's starters money.

It used to be alot more then a few 1000's hehe, did the patch change just reg vendors or do all npc vendors restock by 9?

All vendors restock using the same algorithm that adds 9 per complete buyout.
