BUYING TOWER!!! (900k budget) ***Wishlist inside***

I am looking for to buy a tower with possibly a sm house placed on the side of it. I would like both tower + sm including for 900k.

These are the things I am looking for (the closer you get me to this, the closer you get to the 900k)

***WISH LIST***
-possibly near a shrine (moderate priority)
-just outside of the town of trinsic. (High priority))the closer the better. right next to gate is big, big, +)
-low spawn/moderate spawn
-no swamps (high priority)
-near mountain is ok (low priority)
-closer to town is really only worth it to me if it is near trinsic. I will take it in the woods if it is near a shrine and i don't mean 40 screens away that I have to look on a map to spot it out.

P.S. if you have bridge-towers my offer starts at 900k and only goes up from there depending on loc. and other wishlist items listed. thx
