there is a rune library at yew waterfall on the island, I have a city/dungeon runebook locked down in my patio house left of yew moongate which has a rune to it

If you're looking just for one with cities, try the patio house just north of the Yew bank.

There is one in my tower, with soon to be stocked vendors. It's a little easier to get to and a bit more safer than the one on the island. It's directly northwest of the moongate, about 1 screen away.

I have runes to all the dungeons, cities, islands and some other misc spots. I also have a book of many of the carpenters/tinkers around. Mage shops/blacksmiths to come soon, and anything else I can think of.
