Nox mage question

Post by Jackaby »

Was thinking of making a nox mage but I was wondering if poisons could be healed through.

I don't think it's possible but I've heard mixed opinions, can someone that knows tell me if you can heal through a deadly poison on a mage.

Poisoning is basically a "craft" skill (or a skill for people who want to re-poison midbattle)

You can heal (via magic) through poison. You must cure before being able to bandage (but you can cure with bandages) or chug a heal potion

not going to lie. i've looked for other shards to play... but in the end... just realize, there are 100 things UO:R was better for, and 1000 things it wasn't.

Do I wish we could take votes on certain things like lumberjacking? of course... but you start to walk that line and you end up with why i am here in the first place. I HATE what UO became.

The SECOND we have colored armor offering diff protection levels, i'm done.

Different AR levels is sensible, considering the rarity and difficulty to craft. The extra resistances, etc, were a bit of a stretch (but I think that was Age of Shadows stuff).

Personally I didn't play UO:R enough to build a list of 1000 things wrong, but I felt the only real problem in that era was Trammel and things that were changed to accommodate that.

Hmm... unfortunately around 2006 I went back to UO and HATED it... beatles and all that.

So i might get confused about it all.

But fel and trammel did change EVERYTHING about the feeling you get when your hunting in UO.

When i started uo i made a warrior miner (no idea about skill caps or anything). and within 30 min some guy ran up. Killed me. Ressed me. And killed me again.

That was when i realized this game was for me.

This overall idea of t2a was just more pure fun. Even if the balance and mechanics weren't as smooth.
