I have a small house I like to part with. It is due West of Minoc on the point of a Penisula in Last Hope Bay. It has a rather unique mountain range that you can start at one end and do a full loop to the beginning and have it refreshed again. This is solely a Mining House. If Fishing is your thing then you're in luck as water abounds outside from the west to the north of this house. There is little to no spawn here, I have seen ratmen and a Reaper to date but nothing else tho I am sure there are other monsters who wander around, it is not prolific.

This comes complete with the large forge, the already arranged chests within and one chest with a stack of shovels ready to kick you off. Everything seen in the picture goes with the sale.

As I do not use this house anymore then I am starting the bid low. SB is Deed plus 5k.
