First off, i'd just smack at a rock until you got those 30 points that you're wanting to buy.Griffeth wrote:Hello,

There's a mining building south of the Vesper Bank that might have a miner that can train you. Blacksmith NPC's may also be able to train you.
Regardless, you'd be better served just hitting the rocks.

Re: Question where to train Mining?
Thank you, for the quick response, I check that out, its just pick axes cost money so thought maybe be cheaper to train of mining. hmm i am not sure of the math required of cost of pick axe vs cost of training.
Re: Question where to train Mining?
Not sure on the cost savings, but time saving yes. Minoc is sorta the mining town. There is a place to train there. Just goto the shops with blacksmiths and say their name and train to see what they will train you in. Then go from there.

If all else fails, go to the mining camp by Mount Kendall and I believe there's a Miner Guildmaster there that can train you.

mine about 30 or so ore then smelt it one at a time, that'll stretch out that pickaxe life for skill gains
