Last target WTF
How come when I target a weapon on someone's paperdoll(equipped), it doesn't work when I try to steal, I know this is possible.

Re: Last target WTF
You have to snoop them first, otherwise you cannot target steal anything.
If they run off screen, you will have to re snoop them.

I know that it's possible to target a weapon in a paper doll and use last target to steal once it's equipped.

Ya it is. What I'm saying is, you have to snoop your victim first to be allowed to target steal. You don't have to have the bag open, you just need to have snooped once while the victim is on screen.

Untrue Rose. You can steal a weapon using last target whether you've snooped them or not, IF they aren't smart enough to assign a locked/trapped chest/pouch as an undress bag.
Also, since I'm feeling generous and in the mood to show off my Godlike knowledge of thief mechanics, the only time Rose's assertion would be accurate is if you're using the range check feature in razor. I will, during heated bouts of pvp, desire to set a range check for 1 tile so as to not waste a steal attempt on a target that's out of reach. In this case you must have the item on last target and you must have snooped them. You don't have to have their pack open...just had to have seen it recently.

Rares, Reflect, Tele, Invis, Charged Weapons, and other items 9 stones or less.

Ok, I did some testing and it appears that you can indeed target steal any item from someone without having to snoop them first! The catch is, Razor will not allow you to do this, you must use the UO client macro "Last Target" found in your UO options (paper doll).
Using a combination of the Razor hotkey "set last target" and the UO client macro "Last Target" will allow you to do this target stealing without any snooping skill at all.
My previous assertion was razor based only, and I had not taken into consideration the UO client macro's.
