there is a vendor 3 screens north of brit moongate named Sonja who stocks full spellbooks for 7200 gold

The Scrolls and Books vendor is out of stock for the moment, but I have stocked full spell books at the $$$ Rune Tower.
The prices I sell for they fly out the door.
Paying 7200 for a spellbook is ridiculous and anyone doing so must be very desperate.
There is cheaper about.
