Wild Bear Fall 2012 League Interest Poll
(Single Elimination - Challenger vs. Wild Bear Champion)

Rules:
Magic Items OK, Poisoning OK, Paralyze (including GT) OK, Mounts OK, Reflect OK, Looting Enemy Corpses OK, All Pots Allowed, Blue/Red League. Each opponent will be provided a rune to the specified duel starting locations. Recalling/Gating is generally prohibited. Outside interference that adheres with the above rules will not invalidate the results of these duels. Interference is discouraged; if someone interfering in the duel uses invisible items and/or brings dragons the duel will not be valid so in this case only recalling is OK. Any case like this will be thoroughly investigated and may result in certain parties being banned from all future events (but 5v2, 4v4, 3v1 whatever is not prohibited). Excessive running is discouraged; you may not enter into, teleport, or cross over any houses or structures (including bridges and roads -- so no towns). If you start ontop of a structure then you must stay there on that structure. No runes will be given for inside or underneath structures. Only the two opponents will be provided runes. If you are asked to return an item in an invalidated duel by the judge you must return the item.

Topic Appropriate Comments Suggestions OK. Please don't derail the topic. I am definitely doing the Elite Britannian PvP red pots only tank League, but I am wondering whether there is any interest in wild bear style combat.

So basically, everything goes + you can get ganked as the champ as long as the gankers don't invis?

Rules could be clearer.

I'm down for any sort of free use tournament though.

I like rules cant handle no structure . But most people love UO because it has no rules !

This tournament style to me was suggested last year by some people who didn't want to do the Elite Britannian/EB League. Unfortunately, due to lack of interest it doesn't look like this is going to happen this season. With only two groups who would probably participate -- please continue to vote YES if you want this to happen. If I can get at least 4 different people/groups I will go ahead and move forward with it. I think the poll ends a week from posting date so there isn't many days left to vote.
