Need a house near a town for new players to train in

Jacko, doogie and me want to start a real new players guild to help server grow. For that we need a patio/large brick near a town. If u have a house like that pls contact Jacko, doogie or me. We will pay well for the house.

Goal of our new players guild is to get more new players to stay and not to run away after having dissapointed experiences.
