If beat test was done and buyer agreed, deal is done. No longer ish's problem.

Despite Azheman being a total scammer (lol), this is absolutely correct. Beat test was completed to the buyer's satisfaction, thus no longer the seller's problem. No warranty was expressed or implied.

No, it's not.
Beat test was provided. Buyer left beat test (not the seller).
Anything happening after that is completely on the buyer.

you go to buy a car, it is stated as new. you test drive the car and as far as you can tell, it is new after testing it.

You drive the car home and notice there are stains on the back seats you did not see and the odometer was on the A trip not the real odometer and the car has 10k miles on it. Buyers fault for not inspecting the car fully and assuming the car is as stated?

Don't think so, buyer did the best they could to verify the car was new, the dealership stated it was and you went through all the tests you could think of at that time to ensure it was new. you missed some things and bam now your stuck with a used car that was stated as new. That would be a scam.

I would report this scam to Derrick as this person used the forums to facilitate the scam and false advertising which is against the rule of "no scamming on the forums." False advertising is false advertising, no matter how you want to spin it. if this was a trade facilitated in game, I would agree that its buyer beware, but the forums were used to sell these goods which goes against policy.

They definitely should have broke after 4 hours. From what I know they break in less than an hour from some sheep

It was not stated as new, it's not a car that depreciates or takes wear.
This was an item as described with ample room to prove it. The buyer got impatient and left, thus leaving open a loophole to claim fraud. There is no longer evidence in any regard to substantiate either claim as I imagine Derrick isn't going to restore a backup to figure out who had what.

Buyer took the beat test as valid, that is their own fault.

If I bought a used car and the salesman said 'drive it as far as you like, it won't break' and I only drove it two blocks before buying it. Then it breaks down on the drive home, I still bought the car after my fair inspection. There is no further warranty expressed or implied here, or in my made up scenario.

Buyer's problem.

yeah im with Ish on this, he provided beat test and once they leave his possession theres to many variables that could of happened for him to give a refund. Always beat Sandals for 8-9 hours for proper test, they last longer than any other clothing.

test your beat test method on a pair of regular store bought sandies, and go for about the same time as your test.

sandals seem to take damage based on 'hits', one hit whether it is 1hp or 60hp is one hit. although, macers seem to damage more per hit and i dont know how that works.

sheep will hit you for 1hp damage, so you can stack 25 as a turret and run a healer healing you every 5sec

its important to equip a bow or have 0 wrestling so you take more hits, and be naked so that all his are directed to the item

if you do that, you can break a pair of sandals really, really fast. it is much, much faster than macing with a wand or any weapon, or god forbid.. wrestling

do it right and the test is minutes, not hours.

Sure a beat test should of been done thoroughly...

The Fact remains though that GF sandals were advertised on trade forums...

and it turned out there were not gf sandals...

despite the beat test...the original post stated they were GF Sandals...

It shouldnt matter really if a beat test was done or not, the fact remains they were not GF sandals, yet sold as GF sandals on trade forums...

I don't think you will have a problem not selling sandals after this thread.

buyers, protect yourselves by recording a .rpv of the transaction. record a macro double clicking the item and leave it there in your macros in order to keep the unique ID stored. sellers, protect yourselves by doing the same.

Lets remember he says they broke none of us know if that's true. What if they are chilling in a bank or on another toon? I say they were prepatch gfed and sold them as such. All any of us know is that a pair of sandals broke.........he said she said....

Only Derrick can end this if its even possable too. As far as the above quote, you don't really know that they weren't gfed yes?
