Small House on water!

selling small house NE of Yew, by the flower grove, and waterfall. plus ocean out back... most people here in Florida pay out the ass for such luxuries.
i guess start deed +10k.

why don't you do it the UOSA way and drop a house next to him, and grief him/his buyers out of the spot?
