Looks like 3 spawn... use to be 2 and a lot faster.
The current spawn is not farmable.

I believe it slightly varied from shard to shard (as most of the things concerning non-static stuff), but current spawn rate is pretty low, it used to be quicker; I remember working that spawn with a buddy and we barely had time to speak in the interim.
Some proof : https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/r ... Bo0jpjHGgJ . Note that it was described as a "great spawn".
Also worth mentioning: later in the discussion,

I don't remember any marked runes bearing these specialized names here on UOSA. Probably worth investigating.Technically, if you mark a rune there [in Yew GY], it's "a creepy area west of Britain" but being a long-time Yewite (Yewish?) I always claim it to be Yew
Update. as of 25/1/1999:
In UO if you mark a rune in hythloth it actually names the rune hyloth.
This was because when Richard Garriet was naming the dungeons he decided
upon the name hythloth but for some reason someone misspelt it hyloth.

I can't say that i've verified this on our server, but that spawn used to be decent loot for the warriors with silver weapons. It was a pretty quick spawn.
I believe there's several T2A spawns that could use some tweaking, but I can never seem to find links to back up my recollections.
Where's Kaivan when you need him?
