Experienced player looking for a new shard
I've been looking for a new shard to play on since the "popular free server" pretty much blows now and I've refused to play on it for the past 6 months. Whats PvP like here? I read theres statloss for reds, is that a big problem or is skill gain quick? Also whats spell damage like, heavy or light(as in does it take forever to mage 5x somone 1v1 or not)? Thx for responding whoever does!

Re: Experienced player looking for a new shard
well stat loss is not a big problem, all kills only take like 8 hours to wear off, so you don't have much to worry about, this is t2a era, meaning this is the time of the tank mage. you can try and 5x ppl, but you will be quickly dissapointed when you quickly realize that mages can heal thru poison, remember back in t2a when poison only owned dexers with no pots? this is that time, there is insta hits with weapons. but hey i'd love to help you out any way possible, look me up in the game, i'll be happy to help you get started, skill gain is somewhat slow, towards the 700 mark that is. i do recommend having gm resist, not a lot of ppl on the server have it, therefore, spell dmg is godly most of the time. hope this info helps out.

skill gain is the same rate regardless of what your skill level/cap is at.Loathed wrote:skill gain is somewhat slow, towards the 700 mark that is.

meant the 100 mark* of a skill, not really sure where i was going with that. skill gain is slower towards finishing the skill, it honestly slows down tremendously after 80 to be honest, you'll notice the difference, but no need to get discouraged. all it takes is a little macroing and you're straight. no spell dmg to self in town, take advantage of it.
