It is definitely a keep spot. I was involved in the transaction for the one that last stood there.
Damn shame, that's a nice spot. Better for a patio with archers though, the rat spawn is intense.

If you tuck the keep to the side you can fit a small on the side as well.

Yes, my long term goal will be to put a keep in this spot, which is why I want to buy up the rest of these houses. Funds won't allow for the keep for a little while since I'm spending most of my gold on building chars for myself and giving out gold to my two brothers that play so they can build chars, but I'll get there eventually, assuming I can get in touch with the owners and buy them.

That was the spot where Ben Dover's Tower was. It was a Keep spot, before the Placement patches. I dunno if one will go back there but I assume so.

He went on a 2 week sabbatical over Xmas '11, and as a guildmate, I refreshed it for him till.. April 15th?
I let it IDOC, then almost missed the fall due to work. I recalled in 30 secs before it dropped. Missed the statues, got the Regs

As per standard operating procedures, Ringo Starr and Telamon were there. They were the placers, along with maybe 1 other. Good Luck getting the smalls from them. It's a prime spot.

Thanks Sheer Luck. I bought two of the smalls here from Ohm, who I believe is the "1 other" you are thinking of. He informed me that he thought Telamon and Ringo Starr were the other owners. Have been talking with Telamon about the purchase of one. No response from Ringo Starr as of yet. There is one house here with a sign that says "Stu's House". It appears that that house is actually being used by someone. That is the person I'm most concerned about getting a hold of. The rest I know are for place holders from people who are probably interested in selling.

If anyone knows anything, please let me know. Any advice (from anyone) on how best to contact that person? I'm thinking I could leave a book on his steps with a message asking him to contact me. I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you in advance!
