Cotton respawn timer

I was curious what the respawn timer on cotton was, specifically in moon glow. Is it every 30 minutes?

We don't give out specific timings on any spawns, but it's unusual that a spawn time would be fixed, they usually vary quite a bit.

I just assumed it was a static timer.
