Though sometimes higher than the buyer is willing to pay. Sometimes a location has more value to the owner than the market price.

Lol! I was just playing 'Legends of Wrestlemania' with my 4 y/o son. I was playing as The Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase (he's from my hometown). This sounds like something he would have said!
