Small in fron of Trinsic Rune Library, Vendor Potential!

For sale: This small is conveniently located directly in front of the trinsic rune library. Only a few seconds to town and a few more to the bank.

The house is labeled 170 as it contains a rune for the real spot for that tmap location. I created it after becoming annoyed that stratics and nearly every rune library on the shard had this spot mismarked. Rune is sellers property and is not included =P

This might make a good vendor location. The house gets a fair number of visits even though its empty except for that rune. Opening bid will be 60k. A 24hr standing bid will end the auction.
