*SOLD* Large Brick

I'm selling this Large Brick in Ascalon. It is conveniently located near Minoc, the K^A Rune Library, passage to T2A, healer and stables. The mining here is really good so this would be an excellent spot for a miner/blacksmith. Looking for a quick sale on this. Will start the bidding at deed +10k. Highest bidder by 9pm pst on Friday 4/13 gets it.

I'm sure everyone knows but great dealing with Desdemona. Paid him first no brokers and then he xfered house. Brother also bought a 2 story from him with nothing but good dealings.

Very happy with purchase :)
