I'm auctioning off this small house by the northern Yew Lich spawn. There's a decent vendor right next store with all your lich farming needs.

Bidding starts at a Large Brick Deed (what I paid originally) and will not sell unless that is met, in the least.
Bidding closes 24 hours after the last bid is posted.

I hardly ever use the place and I'm tired of refreshing. I also want to delete this mule character I named after my ex before she left me. Bid high so I can pay alimony in gold pieces! People are welcome to PM me with their fair buy-out offers. Don't get butt-hurt if I don't accept it though.

Why not transfer the house to another of your characters? Unless of course they all have their own houses

Either way, sweet spot. That money can be made back in 1 or 2 days at the most. Keep the door open with a secure chest and even PK's wont get you!

The small right next to the spawn went for 1.2 mill I believe, sure it's closer to the spawn, but only by 2sec or so, this should be worth at least 2 brick deeds.
