[Sold] My Castle is for sale!

Selling my much treasured castle placed on lovely green grass next to the ocean. Unfortunately, my life is really busy at the moment and I don't have the time to really enjoy the game.

When I first acquired the castle it was flush with the coast. However, I moved it many tiles north and many tiles across. Since the move, I have never once seen another player in the courtyard. Nor have I ever let anybody mark a rune in there.
As far as I know the courtyard is very safe. I can't guarantee it though, as you never know who might have a rune stashed away somewhere.

The castle also comes with a placed patio just below. A tower can be placed in the location as well if you lift the patio. So you are getting two plots of land really.

The castle and patio comes unfurnished.

Bidding starts at 3million and I reserve the right not to sell.

Couldn't resist. You did move it from where it was before so the chances of runes being out there is always possible, but I would count this as one of the more "secure" castles available. For 3 mil though.. I doubt there are a lot of runes out there and my CY library is not public.

I could have guessed Tela had a rune, I was talking to prod who still couldn't produce a rune to the cy.

We got this land off Tela's mob, by the way (Cavewright). As he said, it is still one of the most secure castles in the game.

Nice job moving it as I HAD a rune to the CY but no more...wish I needed this as an almost secure castle is impossible to find these days.

You should have let me know you were coming by, I would have made some tea.

I've never had a problem with the courtyard, though I'm not one to go around upsetting people. However, I think compared to most castles out there the courtyard is pretty secure.

Thanks for all the PM's about the lantern. It's the only rare I've really ever held onto, so I'm not really that keen to sell it.
