Auctioning a small home in a grassy clearing just southwest of Trinsic west gate. No nosy neighbors, exceedingly light spawn (occasional mongbat, skelly, etc) accentuated by extremely close (same screen) tent spawn in the back (unknown interval, uncommon). Auction to run until 7:00pm CST Saturday, March 31, or until existing bid stands 24hrs. Minimum acceptable bid of deed+10k. Deed+ items offers considered. Purchaser pays prior to transfer.
