I have three smalls on Barrier Island. I would like to sell two of them, and keep one for myself, but I will consider selling all three. The lone house is only a few steps out of guard zone, and the other two are only a few steps beyond that.

2x small deed each.

Thanks for your input, but I am just going by recent sales.

Also keep in mind that houses along guard zone lines typically go for more. These homes are in a very unique location, and there is rarely ever anyone else on the island. The price is certainly fair.

Yeah, not trying to slam you or anything but the spot with two houses, was a single house less than a month ago. I logged on to drop it and there happened to be someone there so I waited for him to come back with a deed. I paid Deed+20 for the spot originally.

I know it was a single house. I changed it to two. What is your point?

I have been selling homes for a while, and the fact that they sold in less than one day, for more than I was asking, should be an indication I know what I am doing. If you are not happy with the price, you don't have to bid.
