It is located about 7 screens to the west, to be exact. I just counted. Was a quick short run. I promise. I don't exagerate like some of the folks here when they say, "it is located a couple screens from X" and it's like 20 screens away. But if you want to come take a look at it feel free. I am still unsure yet If I really want to sell it, but if I get the offer of deed + 3 sm I might just go ahead.
