Armour shop south of east brit bank

As soon as you walk into the surrounding area your client freezes, stop's you from logging onto charcter. But it allows you to use other character's on the account, any help on this ?

Are you using win7/vista?

Are you using win7/vista?
It was a shard issue. Derrick put out an ingame announcement about it earlier today then did a restart to fix it.
